Terms of use

CertiCamp is run by Civicsoft Solutions. Organisers use it to run campaigns, take registrations, check attendance and give certificates.

Organisers are responsible for their campaigns, for the wording on their certificates, and for using participants' details only for their campaign. Plans are paid by UPI and start once we confirm the payment. Fees are not refunded once a plan is active, except where the law requires.

Participants must give true details and mark attendance only when they are at the venue. Certificates obtained by faking attendance or location may be cancelled by the organiser.

We keep the service running as well as we can, but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the current plan.
