What we collect. When you register for a campaign: your title, name, mobile number, email, blood group, age, gender and your answers to the campaign's questions. When you mark attendance: the time and your phone's location at that moment.

Why. Only to register you for the campaign, check that you attended at the venue, make your certificate, and give the organiser a count and a report of who took part. Your location is used only for the attendance check.

Who sees it. The organiser of the campaign you registered for. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Children. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the registration.

Your rights. You can ask the organiser, or us, to correct or delete your details. Deleting them also cancels your certificates.

Codes and cookies. We send a one-time code to your mobile or email to confirm it is yours. After that your phone is remembered for 180 days with a cookie, so you don't need a new code each time.
